The Process

1. Complete an application.  There is NO fee to complete the initial application.   Follow the instructions on the application and attach a copy of your photo ID.
2. We will review your application and all information appears to be consistent with our screening process, you will move to the next step.
3. We will show you the property, if you like the property you will move to the next step.
4. A link will then be sent to you from Transunion.  This is part of the tenant screening process.  The fee is paid by you directly to Transunion – I believe it is 45 dollars and it is NOT REFUNDABLE paid by each person over 18.  Please be sure to review our selection criteria for tenants.
5. We review a report provided by Transunion that shows: your credit worthiness, if you have ever been evicted, paid rent late, have a criminal background and lawsuit history.  They provide us with a recommendation as to your suitability.
6. If all is well, you sign a lease and provide the deposits and other monies requested.
7. Entire process could actually be done in under 60 minutes – all of the above steps.
