We are a provider of quality rental properties in the Paris, TX area since 2017.
We buy great houses in very desirable areas of Paris and Reno. We renovate those houses to provide nice living accommodations to folks. We have been renters most of our lives and understand the challenges that renters face.
Its very hard to find a quality place to live with a responsive landlord.
All of our homes are made of brick, are either 3 or 4 bedrooms, minimum of 2 baths, fireplace and 2 car garage. The homes range from 1325 – 2,035 sq feet. Several of our properties have additional metal outbuildings on concrete slabs, with electricity – ranging from 720 – 800 sq feet with garage doors. Many others have storage sheds or separate storage areas.

Easy Process
To rent one of our properties there is a rather easy process we follow.
First, we have a viewing application to be completed. Once that is done, we are happy to show you the property as long as it looks like we are a good fit. If you like it after viewing, then we proceed to a more complete application. Once that application is completed and all appears to be consistent with our requirements we go to the next step.
To proceed, we then send you a link from Transunion smart move program, where a background check is performed on all residents over 18 and you pay a non-refundable fee directly to Transunion. We check: Have you ever been evicted, paid rent late, damaged a rental property, your credit worthiness and criminal background. If you have something lurking in your past, a little honesty goes a long way. We do not participate in the Section 8 housing program, nor do we expect to do so.
